Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GenAI Sex and its AI video generation service. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to view and purchase explicit adult content in your location.

2. Your image and consent

You may upload only an image you own or are authorized to use. If an identifiable person appears, that adult must have given explicit permission for the image to be transformed into explicit media. You must not upload minors, age-ambiguous people, public figures, or anyone who has not consented.

3. Service

The service generates a short AI video from an uploaded image. AI results are probabilistic. We do not promise exact motion, perfect realism, exact identity preservation, or suitability for a particular purpose. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Payment

Payment is required before processing starts. Checkout may be provided by a third-party payment processor. You are responsible for any network fee shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your wallet private keys or card details.

5. Refusal and termination

We may reject, stop, or delete an order that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, fraud, or platform risk. When appropriate, eligible rejected orders are handled under the Refund Policy.

6. Limited processing license

You grant us a limited, temporary license to store, transform, and transmit the uploaded image solely to operate the service, deliver the result, prevent abuse, and provide support.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for having all required rights and consent and for how you use or distribute the result. You agree not to use the service for harassment, impersonation, extortion, deception, or any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service, law, or providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
