Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GenAI Sex handles information submitted to create and deliver an AI video.

Information we collect

• The image you upload and the generated video.
• Your email address, order reference, referral code, consent confirmations, and service status.
• Payment identifiers and payment status supplied by the payment processor. We do not receive wallet private keys or full card details.
• Basic technical and security information such as timestamps, IP address, browser data, and fraud signals recorded by hosting or payment providers.

How we use information

We use it to validate and fulfill orders, generate and deliver videos, confirm payment, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, comply with law, and improve operational reliability. We do not publish your upload in a public gallery and do not sell it.

Service providers

Information may be processed by hosting and form infrastructure, payment providers, email delivery services, and GPU infrastructure used to generate the video. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention

Uploaded images and generated videos are scheduled for deletion within 7 days after delivery unless a shorter or longer period is required for support, fraud review, a dispute, or law. Order and payment metadata may be retained for up to 24 months for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Provider backups may expire on a different schedule.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload an image unless you accept the risks inherent in online processing.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transactional records may need to be retained. Send requests to privacy@genaisex.com and include the order reference.
