We investigate reports concerning non-consensual, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited content connected to this service.

How to report

Email abuse@genaisex.com with the order reference or delivery link, the reason for the report, and enough information for us to identify the affected person or material. Do not attach additional explicit material unless requested.

What happens next

We acknowledge and assess reports as promptly as reasonably possible. We may suspend processing or access while investigating, request information needed to verify the report, and remove or disable material that violates our policies or applicable law.

Urgent reports

Clearly mark reports involving a minor, immediate danger, coercion, or non-consensual intimate imagery as urgent. We may preserve relevant records and report suspected illegal activity where required.

Appeals and other complaints

To challenge a decision or raise a service complaint, email support@genaisex.com with the order reference and a concise explanation.
